
Zaza is renowned for her tireless commitment to achieving a settlement for the parties in dispute and clients and colleagues describe her style as "refreshing and uplifting". As a full-time mediator, Zaza has been instructed to settle a wide range of disputes, including: clinical negligence, commercial contracts, residential property, family separation/divorce, workplace dysfunction, partnership dissolution and probate. She receives referrals (pre-action or during proceedings) from, among others: NHS Trusts, GP practices, schools, private individuals, religious institutions (including Sharia Council), lawyers and courts.
Zaza is also involved in conflict resolution within her local community. During her time as the Service Lead Mediator and Trainer for Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich Community Mediation Services, she pioneered the following initiatives in response to the very pressing conflict resolution needs in the community: Rapid Mediation Response Unit and Conflict Resolution Skills Training for schools (Mainstream/SEN) and community groups. These services are now delivered through the charity Converge - which she founded in 2011. Zaza is also a co-founder of BIMA (a faith-based mediation and arbitration charity). Her hobbies include: dance, cookery and reading.
