He provides mediation, adjudication and contract advisory services, and facilitates negotiations to assist the resolution of contract and business-related problems and disputes. He specialises in construction and has extensive experience as a consulting civil engineer.

Dave qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1975, having obtained an honours degree in Estate Management from the University of Reading. He has spent nearly 40 years in the construction/property industry, primarily in the property development field.
Ranked by Chambers and Partners as a leader in her field, Mary Raymont has worked as a family and children lawyer since 1992 and a family mediator since 1996. She spent her professional career working on all types of financial cases on divorce as well as separation matters for those who are unmarried. Her experience spans to where a business is involved and she is used to liaising closely with accountants, financial advisors and other experts to find creative long-term solutions to separation and divorce. Mary also has expertise in child issues arising within families on the breakdown of relationships.
Kingsley qualified as an ADR Group accredited civil and commercial mediator in 2013. He brings to mediation practical experience and commercial understanding from various sectors such as legal, branding, arts and recruitment. In 2009, Kingsley was trained by Bromley Community Mediation Service to resolve community and neighbourhood disputes.
